Accommodations

On-Campus Accommodations

Elgin Hall : $55.00/person/night (register online) Located on The University of Western Ontario campus. The most centrally located accommodations, only a few minutes walk from the conference location and the location for the Opening Reception on Sunday evening. For special services (extended stay, payment, etc.) please call conference services. 519-661-3545 (Fax and email can be found on the website.)
* Single private rooms with shared bathrooms (with one other person) and shared common area in clusters of 4 rooms.
* Roommates can be requested.
* Breakfast included.
* Convenient bus, taxi, and parking.
* High-speed internet connections for a nominal charge.

Nearby Hotels and Accommodations

Ask for rooms held under AI/GI/CRV Conference 2004. Rooms will be held for us until April 15, 2004, after which they are released back to the public. Individuals need to call in in person in order to request one of our rooms, and to reserve it at the university rates posted below.

Near UWO

Windemere Manor : $102/night, single occupancy, 1-800-997-4477. Located in the University Research Park, adjacent to the university campus. Country atmosphere. 20 minute walk.
Station Park Inn : All Suite, $112/night, 1-800-561-4574. Located on Richmond street in the heart of Richmond Row, an area with restaurants, bars, and shopping. 10 minutes car, 15 minutes bus (every 10 min).
Spencer Hall : $109/night, single occupancy, 519-679-4546 (no 1-800 number). Located near the university. 10 minutes car.

Downtown

Delta London Armories Hotel : $105/night, 1-800-668-9999. 15 minutes car, 20 minutes bus (every 15 min).
Hilton London Ontario Hotel : $119/night single, $149/night business class, 1-800-210-9336. 15 minutes car, 20 minutes bus (every 15 min).
Comfort Hotel Downtown : $89.95/night, 519-661-0233. 15 minutes car, 20 minutes bus (every 15 min).
