I am sitting in my web browser (Chrome), looking at a box that shows
the pdf for the GUI Ripping paper. I type the control-D
combo to bring up the BookMarks Added box. I click EDIT and a new
box (EDIT Bookmark) comes up on the screen showing my bookmark folders
(the BookMarks Added box disappears).
I click the New Folders button and the list of folders now shows one
called New Folder. I then click the Save button and that box disappears
and my screen looks the same except now there is a bookmark folder New Folder
on my list of bookmarks at the top of the browser.

how many GUI components were involved in the sequence of operations

- Attached please find the last two substantive pages of the
Statistical Inspection Checklist paper (00553635.pdf), which
covers Sections 8, 9, and 10 (Conclusion). These sections talk
about three groups of people in an organization: Checklist Designers,
Checklist Users (Inspectors), and Programmer/Testers. In a well run
organization, there is a flow of information among these three groups.
Please make a drawing with three nodes (each containing the name
of the group it represents) and directed arcs indicating what information
flows from one group to another (each arc labelled with the information
that is sent along it).
- Attached please find the 2nd and 3rd page of the Theories, Methods, and
Tools in Program Comprehension paper (01421034.pdf) covering sections 2.1
through 2.5. In 2.1, the authors introduce the term `Beacon', but then it
doesn't seem to get mentioned in the models discussed in sections 2.2 thru
2.5. Indicate which of these models the notion of a `beacon' should be
relevant to. Explain why and quote relevant sentences from these pages
to support your answer.
