GlucoGuide App Receives First Prize for Best Clinical Research Presentation
Yan Luo, David DeAngelis and Charles Ling presented an interactive tablet app, GlucoGuide, at the 2nd Annual Diabetes Research Day, November 15, 2011 at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. GlucoGuide users can use the app to record lifestyle factors such as diet and blood glucose. The data are then mined for intelligent recommendations for better glucose control. The medical community responded positively - the poster was awarded First Prize for Best Clinical Research Presentation.
