I am a second year PhD student at the University of Western Ontario in the Daley Lab, working in bioinformatics. Here you will find information on my teaching, research, awards and personal life. Currently my research focuses on the design and implementation of software for modelling cancer growth. I am also interested in molecular genetics and operating systems. Aside from my research, I also am an active member of the Computer Science department at UWO. I am a Limited Duties Lecturer with the department and enjoy teaching first year courses. This past fall I taught CS1026, an introduction to programming course, and I will be teaching CS1027 this summer which is the second half of the introductory course.
