Welcome to my web page. I am currently a PhD. student in the Department of Computer Science, The University of Western Ontario under the supervision of Prof. Lucian Ilie and Prof. Roberto Solis-Oba. I am doing my PhD. in Bioinformatics. I am working on genome assembly by using short reads. I am expected to finish my PhD on December 2012.

Earlier in 2008 I did my MS in the Department of Mathematical Informatics, The University of Tokyo, Japan. My supervisor in The University of Tokyo was Prof. Kokichi Sugihara. In my masters I worked on energy efficient wireless sensor networks.

I did my BSc. in Computer Science and Information Technology from Islamic University of Technology, Gazipur, Bangladesh in 2003.
