COURSE SOFTWARE

The following software will be used for lab tutorials and for completing assignments and are available in the Middlesex College labs rooms 230 and 235. The suggested versions of the software will be announced in class.

You will be instructed in lecture of versions to be used and which are acceptable and how to obtain the software. PLEASE DO NOT GO OUT AND PURCHASE UNTIL FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ARE GIVEN DURING LECTURE

No textbook will be used, but rather lecture notes and handbooks can be downloaded from the CS1033 course web site.

You are advised that these are ONLY copies of the instructor's overheads and are intended to aid in note-taking during lectures; they are not complete course notesand are not a substitute for attending lectures! There USUALLY IS additional slides presented by the instructor that may not be in lecture notes.
