class is April 5th, 2012. This will be devoted to project
presentations. Presentations
should be on the order of 20 minutes with a few minutes for questions; please

(Feb. 8, 2012):
Assignment #2 is posted; see the Assignments page. A draft of the project has been
posted; this may change slightly in the next couple of weeks. The project is done in teams of 2-3
people; please let me know in the next week who is on your team. ·
(Feb. 2, 2012): Papers for reading and
discussion and now available; these will be discussed next week - February 9th;
they are now accessible from the Course Readings/Papers page. ·
(Jan. 30, 2012): Notes for classes on
February 2nd and February 9th are now available, along
with some videos on related material;
they are now accessible from the Course Notes page. ·
(Jan. 26, 2012): Due date
for Assignment #1 has been updated
– it is due February 16th. Also, the videos on Critical
Appraisals and Randomized Control Trials are now accessible from the Course
Notes page. ·
(Jan. 25, 2012): The
notes for the class on Evidence-Based Medicine are now available. ·
(Jan. 24, 2012): The
first assignment has now been posted – it is on Critical Appraisals
