R. Abdel-Dayem received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and
Automatic Control Engineering from the University of Alexandria, Egypt.
He received his M.Sc. degree in Intelligent Control Systems from The
Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Alexandria, Egypt. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Western Ontario. His research interests include image compression and encoding, image understanding and enhancement, image security, and image analysis/inspection. Besides his research activities, he has gained a rich experience in the computer systems development, while working for 9 years in the computer industry. |
