B) Curriculum Development or Course Design

1. Developed new course Computer Science 854b Historical, Ethical, Political, Legal & Social Issues in Computer Science (with Maia Hoeberechts) 2001-2002

2. Developed and Designed new course Law 453a: Law and the Internet 2001

3. Developed and Coordinated new course Law 432 – International Intellectual Property Curriculum design, materials and online (WebCT) - (with Adams, Carmody, Trosow and Wilkinson) in 2001-2002.

4. Involved practitioners in simulations and development of Advanced Intellectual Property course (with Wilkinson) in 2001 and 2002.

5. Developed new Curriculum for Law 462 –Intellectual Property to facilitate change from 3 to 4 weight course. Created new materials (with Wilkinson) 2000–2001.

6. Curriculum development project for Communications, Information, Technology and Intellectual Property area of LL.B. curriculum for grant received Spring 2000; participated in development of successful grant application for 2001.

7. Member of the multi-disciplinary teaching team (14 from Ivey, 7 from Law) developing Ivey Business school’s HBA/MBA eLeadership pilot programme in 2000-2001.

  • Taught 3 Law area topics in multi-disciplinary teams

  • Co-authored a business case for use in this course

8. Developed and designed new course - CS333a Software Law, with entirely new materials, 1999–2002

9. Developed and designed new course Law 452y Information Law, with entirely new materials, 1999
