    Theory and Practice of University Teaching (2015)

    A 0.5 credit interdisciplinary graduate course offered by the Teaching Support Centre and the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies at Western University.

    By the end of this course, I was able to:
    • develop and implement active learning experiences
    • find, cite, and critically reflect upon research on contemporary issues in university teaching and learning (e.g., principles of effective teaching, curriculum theory and course design considerations, forms and functions of authentic assessment)
    • design a course and give a rationale for my choices based on pedagogical principles
