About me

My name is Abdelkareem Jaradat (aka Kareem for simplicity). I am a PhD student at the Universtiy of Western Ontario, London On in Canada. Currently I am under the supervision of Prof. Hanan Lutfiyya and Dr. Anwar Haque. My reaseach focuses on developing foundation smart systems for smart grids, smart homes and smart cities utilizing data analytics, digital signals processing and machine learning.

I have finished my course work requirements for my PhD with GPA 98%. I received my MSc in Computer Science from the Universtiy of Western Ontario (UWO), Canada (GPA 95%) and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Engineering from Jordan Universtiy Of Science And Technology, Jordan (JUST) (GPA 88%).

My Industrial experience is generally in Software Engineeing and mainly in web development, and systems analysis. My recent job position was as a Business Systems Analyst at Ejada Systems, KSA . I Also worked for mare than 7 years in web development using Microsoft Asp.net at Information Technology and Communication Center (ITCC) at Jordan Universtiy Of Science And Technology, Jordan

I am jordanian, born and raised in Irbid city at the northmost of Jordan. Currently I live in London Ontario, Canada with my wife and my kids.

Web Development

Over 7 years of experience in builiding web applications using the state of the art technologies. My focus is on developing systems from the requiments gathering to the coding and deployment.

Web Design

Over 15 years of experience in web design and front-end development. Starting from concepts and wireframes, static design, and finally marking-up and styling web pages with latest techniques.

Graphic Design

Since 2000, I ahve been builing a hoppy of graphic design. I worked on lots of projects in print design, branding, logo design, presentations and animation. All using Adobe latest products.
