Group Code Submission - ACCEPTANCE TESTING CODE
Percentage of total mark: 15%
This is a group assignment. READ THIS ENTIRE
ASSIGNMENT OVER CAREFULLY BEFORE MEETING WITH YOUR GROUP!.
Overview
You are required to hand in all the code/images/extra files required to compile and run your final project. You must put all the require code into one .jar file called Group?Blackberry.jar and you must create a Group?Standalone.jar to run your code and a file calle Group?Readme.txt. (Replace the ? in Group? with your group number). These 3 files are due at midnight.
NOTE: We will NOT be looking at any of the source code (the .java files) at this point, just compiling them and running them, so all your comments/java doc/layout does not need to be completed within your .java files
What to Hand In:
Your hand-in should consist of the following things:
- Group?Standalone.jar --> should contain all the files (.java, .class, .jpg, .txt, etc) and folders required to run the standalone parts of your application.
- Group?Blackberry.jar --> should contain the all the files
(.java, .class, .jpg, .txt, etc) and folders required to run the blackberry part of your application. NOTE: I will likely create a new Blackberry Project in Eclipse called Group? and then just copy all your folders/files into that folder (overwriting the default files and folders initially created). If you know of a better way to run the application, just give me explicit details on how to set it up in the Group?Readme.txt file.
- Group?Readme.txt --> should contain the following any special instructions that I will need to figure out how to run your applications (like if you require me to move some files into a folder, or how to set it up in Eclipse if you have done something out of the norm). NOTE: the easier it is to install your code on my machine, based on reading your Readme.txt file, the better a mood I will be in when I do acceptance testing on your project :-)
