Convexity Shape Prior for Binary Segmentaiton:
This library implements the TR Convexity optimization algorithm for binary segmentation with convexity shape prior and L1 color separation term.
TR_Convexity_v1.05 includes interactive user interface along with matlab code and C++ code/executable for maxflow/mincut (~1.7MB).

Convexity Database includes 51 natural images with convex objects. The database includes user scribbles, ground turth segmentations and results obtained with our method using 5x5 and 11x11 orientation stencils with direct and gradual approach.(~12MB).
