Welcome!

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Western Ontario. My research is in data management and databases, with a focus on helping users access, understand, and clean data in the presence of noise, uncertainty, and privacy constraints.

My work lies at the intersection of data quality, data privacy, data provenance, and fairness, with an emphasis on building principled and practical techniques for real-world data systems.

Before joining Western, I held postdoctoral positions at the University of British Columbia and McMaster University, and I earned my Ph.D. from Carleton University.
